        This is the second time in a week I have stayed in this hotel. I should have learned my lesson. On my first stay I met the mose rude, combative and down right unprofessional person I've ever met at a hotel during check in.....enough said Today, my room reeks of cigarette smoke. They did offer to change my room but I just am too tired to pack everything up. Air freshener will have to do. The hotel is dated. The resturant and food service is horribly slow ( 39 minutes for a sandwich and fries ). Except for the front door, all exterior doors are hard to open and close, especially with luggage. Just not up to the Hilton standard. Stay somewhere else if you can Rooms: Today, my room reeks of cigarette smoke. They did offer to change my room but I just am too tired to pack everything up.         Like anywhere, staff tries. Not all staff is at their best 100% of the time. They try. Your favorite pro athlete doesn't score or make the shot or home run every time they play. Staff deal with many people with many attitudes. We expect that staff member to deal and go on. When you get negative throughout the day, a nice or friendly comment may make that staff person's day. You may be the only positive they may get. Yes, they are in Hospitality, but they take allot which is not necessarily their fault. Be kind. The staff here does a great job.
