Maintenance person, I think his name is Seth was awesome. Our ceiling started leaking from upper floor. He quickly took care of problem and got us another room. People working front counter were very nice too.

This is a great place, it is a motel so its lower quality, quiet most of the time it does have thin wall so you can hear stuff but its not disturbing, stuff its a little dirty but if it is really bad they work with you, they do early check in it costed me $25, now the big plus of this place is that there is no pest and thats a big one congrats and now the big thing I love about this place is the Wi-Fi is phenomenal I can connect all my devices and it works wonders not like a big chain like Mariot or holiday in, Hampton they only allowed 2 devices or 1 to connect to Wi-Fi, I will continue Coming to this place in the future, continue the good job suburban studios

Eeek!! Dirtiest hotel experience of my life (this, from someone who has traveled to over 70 countries and every state). Poop on the floor. Clumps of hair. Grime in the tub. Visible mold throughout the bathroom. Avoid avoid avoid!! After we checked in to our room we saw all the issues and asked to see another room. The second room they offered us was even worse. There was poop on the bathroom floor when we expressed disappointment about the poop on the floor and asked for another option, they said no and requested to cancel our stay. We await our refund.

Date of stay: March 9, 2024 Cost: ~ $78 Pros: The room we stayed in was nice and clean, as was the check-in area. Our room was spacious and had a microwave, full-sized fridge, and sink outside of the bathroom. The bathroom was small but functional. The hotel was right by a Cracker Barrel and within walking distance of a Burger King, Subway, CVS, and Indian grocery store. Cons: The walls were thin and we could hear people talking in the hallways even though they weren't being loud. Google and Expedia said breakfast was included but it was not. The temperature gauge wasn't accurate and the fan didn't get warmer or colder even when you adjusted the temperature up and down. I had to set the fan to run constantly, otherwise the room got stuffy. Conclusion: The hotel was a good deal for the price and was nicer than I expected considering all the 1 star reviews it has.
