Very nasty employee lady I told her I wanted to check the room to see if it was clean she told me no refunds and I told her if the room is not clean yes I am supposed to get a refund mind you I am a former housekeeper of 8 years a supervisor and head of housekeeper for four they are committing fraud and trying to keep people's money

What a worst human being, hotel owner of Regency Inn now it is called! We booked and prepaid for this hotel months ahead, when we got to the hotel that night, basically this hotel refused our stay even though I have paid for it. He said the ownership changed. Why didn't he contact me or hotels.com when this hotel is no longer operating, according to the new hotel owner, they switched to a new owner. We were kicked out of the hotel office literally, not even allow us to contact hotels. com for alternative accommodation, the new hotel owner is a barbarian, worst human being you can expect! I have never seen as decent human being would behave the way they did, MY GOD. I will never, ever stay with you, OYO again, name of the hotel when I booked, nor should you book Regency Inn, now it is called.

Booked online with Hotels.com. Total waste of time. Arrived with confirmation number and rang bell at front window. After waiting I called the phone number on the door. Employee answers, I inform them of my reservation and confirmation number. Employee meets me at front window and says We dont have no rooms. I replied thats fine i have a reservation. Employee responded I said we dont have no rooms. Waste of time and a little money dealing with OYO HOTEL COLUMBIA!! Had to go to another hotel and book a second room for the night, use different hotel
