Worst place ever! People live here. The room had hair and gnats everywhere. We asked if they had any spray for the gnats and they gave us roach spray. It was disgusting. Don't stay here. RUN!!!!!! This place deserved no stars. Rooms: Unclean Nearby activities: Decent Safety: I had my gun! It was noisy and people played music all night long. Walkability: Many restaurants in walking distance. Food & drinks: Many restaurants nearby.

I have never had such a bad hotel. The cockroaches were running in the bathroom/room, carpeting and staining the walls. And a terrible smell of weed, the upstairs landing was sagging. So I left

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place should be shut down indefinitely. The worst customer service I've ever experienced and the worst rooms I've ever seen. I booked this with the sole intent of staying the night and then be out and about with my fiance who was graduating from Army boot camp. I was not expecting a 5 star experience and grand suite, but I definitely expected it to be clean! It was not clean, it was disgusting. The bedsheets, the towels and the walls were stained!! There were food scraps left behind from who knows how long. My door did not even close all the way, it had a big gap at the top. I am trying to get a refund from this place because of how deceitful they are and from their terrible staff. Lady in the front even said she would never stay here. How the hell is that supposed to help me? I want my money back and I want this place wiped from existence. It's close to the base, sure, but it's far better to spend a little extra, rent a car and stay somewhere that actually feels warm and welcoming and has clean rooms. Never ever make the mistake I did by booking here!!!
