        With the exception of the long wait, service/treatment was great. Joe the nurse practitioner was very nice and in great spirits. Another nurse, who's name I didn't catch, but was prior military was very nice as well. Highly recommend this ER

        Ive been in the ER for going on 8 hours. No one came to check on me or even let me know what was going on from 9:25pm until 1:45am. Mind you around 10 I pressed my call button and asked for more pain meds. They said theyd be right back. The nurse didnt come back until 2am, I told her I felt neglected & forgotten about because no one gave me any updates or ever brought me my meds. Funny how she knew everything about my labs and bought the meds THEN. It shouldnt take me telling staff I felt neglected to get things rolling. Im highly dissatisfied. I asked the nurse Joe if I could have water. He said hed check and be right back, no surprise its been over 2 hours and he keeps walking by looking into my room but hasnt told me yes, no, or anything. This place is a joke.
