        The moment I walked in the store a store representative (Jakobe) approached me and was willing to help with my purchase. He walked me through the process of getting a new phone and gave me different options to help with the choices I was initially considering.

        I walked in the store and my phone was completely black, with my flashlight still on and I couldnt turn it off. The manager Crystal was very helpful. She stopped what she was doing just to assist me. It took her less than five minutes to fix the problem. I suggest that if you have any problems with your phone, that you go to this AT&T. Everyone here was helpful and greeted me with a smile.
