        2nd time in 2 months this location has failed me. 1st time. Cost me $60 for a brand new ruined screen protector. This time it was just wasting 3 hours of my time with a phone pick up that was not properly set up.

        We had an awesome rep. His name is Mack,he approached us as soon as we entered the store and asked how May I help you today. Mack was very friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.I would recommend to go to this location and ask for Mack.

        i was very satisfied with the store rep that helped with my transaction she was very polite and explained everything that i had questions about. However there was a store rep that seemed like she had a problem with me. she does not know me and i do not know her. i was extremely uncomfortable as a customer. i have past experiences where she doesn't seem like she wants to be there and very unfriendly nature. i believe her name is Q Jackson. she then began to talk amongst her coworkers. if i had not got another phone with AT&T i would have discontinued service.
