        I am not a fan of some of ATand Ts policies.Someone explain to me why we order a replacement phone and wait while phones sit on the shelf at the store. Epic failure at customer service. Derek just helped me find a solution and did not take it personally! Alyssa has been pretty awesome and helped me with billing issues. AT and T has joined the corporate America that expects us to pay when they fail to perform. Having wonderful people that really care is the best defensive to as most companies are joining the league of unjust exploitation. I am grateful to people who mange to do their absolute best for us. I am bless!

        Got issues with your phone or billing or just looking for a new cell phone. Whitney at the AT&T store in sumter rocks. We had billing issues and she made all the calls necessary to resolve the issues. Her customer services is one of the best that we have ever come across .
