        Out of paper towels in men's room. Out of receipt paper at the cash registers. Drink machine in customer area was out of several things. Staff didn't seem to care about any of it.

        My friend and I went just before 9pm tonight and it was closed?!.. Why say you are open, when you're not?! I get it's America but, really?... needs to stop and let people know the real opening hours surely. Tourists do visit, strangely!
