Do not go here!! Went and was told I was going to be serviced right away- ended up waiting an hour. The worst my nails have ever looked too. I always go to the downtown one and will make sure I only go there in the future. They were not accommodating either and my nails looks absolutely horrible.

Just cried the entire way home . I moved down from out of state and was looking for a new eyebrow tech , this place had amazing nail reviews so I figured id give them a shot and came in as a walk in . They sat me down and i explained that i like my eyebrows thick and clean (i have beautiful middle eastern brows , never had to fill them in just a wax clean up every couple of weeks). I reiterated i do not want them thin and if she had to take some off bc they were a little overgrown that it shouldnt be more than like a cm . She said she understood but then spent 15 minutes tweezing and waxing and cutting and by the end had taken off 3/4 of my eyebrow , leaving what looks like a 90s teen movie thin little brow . I should've said something before paying but I am not one that likes to make a scene . I am absolutely heartbroken and have not felt this ugly in a very long time . Im contemplating cutting some bangs to hide them . She kept saying its because one was higher than the other but they've always been that way and also eyebrows are sisters , not twins . Immediately threw away the list of errands i had to run today to hide under my covers at home and cry . Do not come here if you have foreign brows , they will not know how to take care of them . Great location right by Publix. Very inviting atmosphere. Only had liquid gel, but I'll definitely be back for a pedicure Everything was very satisfactory. I do wish my polish was applied more evenly though. I could have returned and asked for it to be fixed, but it didn't bother me that much. The thumb does catch on my knitting though Update: I have been much happier just getting regular gel manicures and pedicures.
