Chyannnnnnnnnn was so sweet and professional the way she handled my hands with care and had my nails looking so real I couldnt even imagine that my experience would be this good Im a new client and in love definitely finna be my nail tech

I had a manicure and a pedicure and they were both great. One review I read said they did not include a hand or foot massage and that was not true in my case- both were included snd very good. Ill definitely be going back there .

I normally have an amazing time with my nails here! Chyna and Cathy are so absolutely wonderful on my hands and toes, buy the new manager left a bad taste in my mouth. My normal girl was booked so I had to go to a different tech. He INTERRUPTED HER after she did my pedicure and started doing my nails because he didnt want to do a walk in pedicure and made her go do it, while he finished me up. He barely talked to me and when he did it was to tell me about what happened to him that day. He put extra layers of gel on my nails and acted like he was doing me a favor, but he left my nails all bumpy and misshapen, he filed half of them in a diagonal. I was so done I just wanted to leave, I cant afford to pay to get them fixed so I just waited as long as I could till I got paid again so I could get someone to fix them. And he seemed to just think it was acceptable? I told my normal people if hes all thats available Im happy to walk out and come back another day, because never again

Worst experience ever at a nail salon. I came by at 5pm on a Thursday afternoon for a repair and a fill in. I had 4 broken nails and was in dire need. The lady that greeted me barely spoke any English and seemed annoyed by my presence. I should have left then but like I said, emergency. The woman that did my nails should not have a license! First she starts drilling down my nails so fast it hurt! It should never ever cause pain! She acted like she had someone else waiting on her. It was dead in there. Only one other person getting work done. She puts She gets the tips put on and my nails prepped for acrylic then gets up n goes to the pedicure tub and starts rinsing out her bowls. I'm sorry what???? That's a lovely vision then she puts the acrylic on and without even smoothing it out just gets up and says I'll be right back. She comes back eventually and starts working again but again is going a mile a minute like the hounds of hell are chasing her. She gets up again and go's back to the pedicure tub and produces another tool that was apparently stashed there? Now it's time to file my nails. Omg. The most painful thing ever. She went so fast and was so rough she actually cut my skin with her file. Super fast and sloppy with the polish. I had to ask her twice to please paint the entire nail including the sides. She gets up again and rinses her hands at the pedicure tub before finally finishing my nails. I was frozen in shock and horror at all of this. As I sat there looking around I noticed there were dirty towels laying everywhere at the pedicure stations. The hand washing area was overflowing with dirty hand towels. This is what they call new management? I'd hate to see what the previous management was like but this was my first and last time at this place. They should not be in business!
