We absolutely love our platform lift. Brian and Shawn installed the lift in our garage. It is so much easier and safer for us to get in and out of the house now. The entire process was smooth from planning to installation. Brian made himself available anytime we had questions. First of all thank you to Brian for showing me how to sign up for a google account so I can leave reviews and it was time to update my aol email. Now Brian installed our vertical platform lift. Our home is 10 feet off the ground with a garage under. Now we can get the dogs and the groceries in the house without hurting ourselves. The entire process was friendly and professional. The price was more than fair and I would have paid more if I had to to have Brian on the job. He is an expert. We shopped around and I am very glad we went with Brian. Charleston Lift and Ramp was able to lease and install a temporary ramp with short notice and to the specifications of our space. Brian is very responsive via text, phone, and email.
