        We purchased a new scooter directly from Pride and it broke down three times in the first four months. The last time in took over six weeks for Pride to get it fixed, so we had to rent a scooter for my elderly mother in law to get around. We had to chase Pride for weeks to repair the scooter so we never knew when it would be fixed. The people from Herbert's worked with us the whole time with a rental and could not have been nicer. We only wish we had purchased it from them in the first place, we never would have had the problems we had. I highly recommend Herbert's Mobility for there merchandise and service.
