They didn't have any lights in the section that we were sitting in. Actually when asked the waiter said the people hadn't come to put the light bulbs in yet. Then we ordered ribs with sides my son ordered corn and green beans. And I ordered green beans and a baked potato. A few minutes later the waitress came back and says we don't have any green beans. Then she comes to the table and says I'm sorry but we're out of cream for your coffee. So I asked her to bring some milk. On a good note the ribs are very tasty. I almost forgot, the host who seeded us kept running his fingers through his long hair. And he also had on very baggy dirty looking jeans. Not a very good representation of the restaurant.

We went to Fatz almost a year ago and the food/service was so bad we never went back. Recently my wife saw that it was "under new management" in a review and that it was better so we tried again. That was a huge mistake. First, the bread ball appetizer was raw dough in the middle so we mentioned that and asked for a replacement (mistake). We ordered our food, I ordered a drink from the bar (the drink tasted ok but the glass was so full of ice that there was like 3 sips in a $10 drink..) and my wife ordered a soda. We received our food and it was all extremely over cooked. I can only imagine that the cook was offended by our requesting cooked bread balls and decided to really kill the meal. The chicken fingers were burnt, the bbq chicken breast (which was half a chicken breast filleted the long way to look like a breast) was very overcooked and dry, the pulled pork was a soggy tasteless mess, even the corn was over cooked mush. Overall we left almost everything on the plates. The server was also terrible, my 3 sip drink was gone before food arrived and I couldn't get the waitress to stay long enough to order a soda for myself, she just flew by never stopping for the whole meal except to drop off a refill for my wife and even then she didn't stop at the table. She was basically useless. At the end of the meal she asked how things were, and I was honest with her, since most of the food was still sitting on the plates it would be hard to miss. Unfortunately we paid full price for that disaster and have learned that even the "new management" is just like the old. Nothings changed.
