        i give this place a 3 because there was an middle schooler that let a 3rd and 4th grader smoke her vape. and on top of that the 4th grader with a orbie gun shot every house and everybody and they dingdong ditch people. this place is horrable there was a old lady who always called the police when me and my people partyd and we had music on, walls are incredbly thin, this is the worst apt ive ever lived in.

        I thoroughly enjoyed living at the villas because its such a peaceful location. Having moved here from downtown, Im used to the noise and the hustle and bustle and coming here with a nice change of pace. Even though Im still kind of new, the residents are friendly and its nice to be able to come home and rest.
