Overall it's pretty standard water is separate hot tub in the pool area that doesn't work, and a subpar workout room for the price. Gated community which is nice and pretty quiet. Grounds kept up. That is why it received the 3 stars.

My name is Greg btw. This way they know who wrote this. We are currently living here right now too. Out of all apartments I have lived at.... Drayton mills, riverwind, etc. By far the best living experience, the AC is amazing, if there is ever maintence issues, its fixed right away, they have storage units for extra space. Amazing yard behind to use, a pool, and workout room. Not only that, most importantly, very affordable... With how expensive everything is nowadays, and to where EVERYTHING is going up in prices, while our jobs pay stay the same, it truly does help reduce stress in being able to surivive. If I didnt have the goal to have a house one day, I would prob even consider staying for a very long time. No where is perfect, eveything has pros and cons, and there was some bumps along the way, but it was small stuff, and things you move on from. And from the reviews, it seems there is alot of mixed vibes, good or bad, all I will say is they have definitely grown and improved, because it has been amazing for us. I have 2 year old son, and my gf living here with me as well, the apartment size is huge and its great. Thank you Autumn Park for letting us be here. Truly a life savior!

Been living here years and honestly despite the 1 star review its not the worst place to live, but not somewhere I would recommend as a first or second choice, maybe a last resort above an unsafe area or a trailer. My first few years were decent, because my routine was work, sleep, rinse and repeat. Having found some time to actually be home Ive started noticing the downsides. The wooden stairs will give you splinters so the hand rails are basically useless, the gate isnt closed or secured half the time. The utilities are a hit or miss, they still work but theyve lacked proper upkeep in some apartments and they havent aged well. If you ever have an issue in the apartment you might aswell fix it yourself if you can because calling for maintenance will take them weeks if not months to get to you and it adds insult to injury when you spot them sitting around doing little to nothing in their golf cart or their office by a dumpster. The community is safe but extremely petty, the lady in the main office seems to do what she can but shes hard to get in touch with unless you catch her in her office at certain hours in person. A lot of the apartments are wall to wall with each other and the office encourages everyone to follow certain rules and standards to sometimes an unrealistic expectation, you like music? Forget about it, the Karen in the building will send the office your way, get that instrument ready to gather dust aslong as youre here, curfew means nothing, quiet time is aslong as Karen commands and not the scheduled 10-8am, only music allowed is the melody of Karens kids yelling. The laundry room has broken machines so until you test them and find out which ones work you will have lost some quarters or paid to dry your clothes just to find them still wet and the machine instructions say just pay again until its dry! Parking is first come first served, you dont know if by the time you come home youll have a spot near your own apartment, hope you like walking. To their credit it is a peaceful and safe area, in my years here Ive never heard gunshots, my biggest fear here is one of the kids playing outside hit my car with their Basketball. The office has so far treated me in a professional manner and worked with me however they could. And the constant emails do make me believe they care about the environment of the complex, but as stated earlier in the review, this often leads to silly and near impossible standards, because you simply cant make everyone happy all at once. And the location is fairly convenient aslong as your life is around boiling springs/spartanburg.

I'm currently living here and it was good before we moved in, but now Tammy has shown her true colors. She has threatened eviction 3 times. Once because the apt app didn't work with our email because of a previous apt we lived in and we got no help until rent was 5 days past due and we were told we're 1 day away from eviction. Then she told us our renters insurance is messed up and she can't print it without it being blurry. We've tried to figure out a way for her to get it and she tells us we're "breaking our lease" and will be evicted if we don't get this situated. Shes EXTREMELY unprofessional and nasty. Do not move here. It will end up driving you insane just trying to do the most simplistic things. You won't be able to live in peace if you live here because she'll hound you and threaten to evict you at the slightest inconvenience. Also, nobody is ever in the lease office and she expects us to be able to print out something and hand it to her, when she is NEVER THERE
