Wow! Just wow!!! One of the best birthday celebrations Ive had yet and I have had plenty of great ones. Savannah friends, do yourselves a favor and take a trip to Bluffton to enjoy this unique experience at Renew Halotherapy And Wellness. This spa studio has rooms made out of blocks and heaps of Himalayan Pink Salt that cleared my sinuses and left my skin softer than a day spent at the beach (and thats saying a lot). This therapy that uses pure salts to cleanse your skin and airways is known as Halotherapy.
Here, you can enjoy some of the services we did. I loved our sound healing and meditation session with Laurel. She brought unique instruments to create calming sounds that vibrate throughout your body from your head to your toes. Her reflexology class eased tension in the body as well. She used only the purest essential oils on us.
I also absolutely loved the gorgeous cards she laid out for each individual to select. Each card had a meaningful reflection that focused on self care and intentional healing.
Being able to hold different stones and massage them into our palms such as rose quartz was also a nice touch!
At one point, our group rotated to the next room that was also filled with salt and comfortable chairs with blankets to kick up our feet. There, we received hand and feet massages while we continued to breathe in the salt properties generated by a special machine that safely infuses these healing benefits of salt into the room.
In between all 3 experience rotations mentioned above, there was also downtime. We had fruits on skewers awaiting us with mimosas and local kombucha from the area!
We didnt get to the infrared light sauna but it was nice to know that the option was available to us! Next time.
And I cannot stress enough how well we were taken care of by the owners and the staff. I will definitely find an excuse to come back again and recruit more people to discover this amazing gem in the area! Worth every single penny.
