I cannot say enough about how great Laura at Compass Rose Health and Wellness is! I have seen many medical professionals across several different specialties, and none of them have ever been as thorough and kind as Laura! She is not rush through your appointment at all. She works to get to the root cause of any labs that may be off or any symptoms you are having instead of just prescribing something to mask the problems. I cannot recommend Laura enough!

Two days before Christmas I had a medical issue that needed attention. Nurse Laura extended her Holiday office hours to accommodate me. She was extremely thorough, diagnosed me and called a couple of local pharmacies to help locate what I needed. Two follow-up calls were made over the Holiday checking on my progress. She is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have found the hidden gem of the Lowcountry and her name is Laura McCall! I have been here for about 10 years from Connecticut. The health system up north is incredibly different than here. After seeing multiple PCPs over the years, if I was sick I had to go to urgent care due to no availability, and I never felt like it was a personal visit, or that they really knew me, more like the next person on the list to see that day, reading off the screen because they have no recolection of what my medical history is. Laura is a wealth of knowledge and she has spent hours working with me on how to get healthier and not just throwing medications at me. I can not recommend her enough. I have faith again in a PCP! I have worked in Healthcare down here for years and even where I worked in the past, patients have never been treated the way Laura treats her patients.
