        This is a Good bank however this branch only caters to white people. Im a black business owner and my checks are constantly placed on a ten day hold by the branch. I have called customer service and was advised that the Branch supervisor places these holds on my checks not BBT. if Im making a deposit or withdrawing 500 they always make me wait, they have made me sign papers, they have even told me that they cannot give me the funds that are in my account. If you are a black owned business BBT Is a great for banking however this branch is not for people of COLOR.
