        Truist in Beaufort tellers are rude and unprofessional.

        Severely understaffed. Highly inconvenient. I just want to close an account and the 3 times I have tried so far the 1 banker working always is preoccupied and unavailable. I have tried calling but get told I have to come in. Why? Why cant I close it over the phone like any other bank has allowed me to do? I take time out of my work day to come in and still cant get assisted. Horrible bank. Horrible branch. Will never use Truist or recommend them.

        Lobby Unavailable Most Days - Lack Appropriate # of Staff to keep lobby open during business hours. I've never experienced a bank that consistently is understaffed to the point they keep the lobby doors locked. System issues abound and have gotten worse since the Truist model announced.
