The used car dealer stigma does not hold up here. This family business is up front, honest, straight forward, just all around good business principles, and Im willing to bet all around good people too. Seriously a good place to go, no underhanded BS.

Desperately needing transportation for my family and I... I went to Carsmark and found an 08 Expedition. Test drove it and decided to get it. The very next day the vehicle started acting up and I noticed a mold scent. My mechanic told me it was no good, the transmission was bad! I took it back and they decided to fix little small problems rather than fix the bigger problem. I broke down in the middle of the night. The vehicle totally blacked out and I was not able to turn on hazard lights. I had to call 911 for help. Very scary situation! I was in their "rental" from the time I got the vehicle January 23rd up until now when I finally had enough! Although they try to work with you and fix the problems after too many failed attempts I decided I no longer needed the stress! When I asked for my money back or at least some of it I was told no because I used their "rentals". Even the rentals had mechanical issues! I tried to work with them as they tried with me but my health and safety is more valuable!
