We met with Angelica Felix the leasing consultant today and she was absolutely amazing. She answered all our questions and made us feel completely confident in our decision to rent with broad river village apartments. I would definitely recommend speaking with Angelica for all your needs and concerns. She is definitely an asset to the apartments and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I have experienced nothing but kind great people. my home was very welcoming and warming when i arrived. I just moved in recently but so far i am enjoying my home. The apartments are very nice inside and out.

The office staff is just incredible they are so helpful and kind to the kids.. they are so patient and also very honest I can't wait until I'm called to move in I really believe this will be a great place for my kids and I to live and grow...
