We toured with Kayla and she was so sweet and helped us out with any questions we had! Just was so great and answered most of our questions before we even had to ask! We loved it here!

I had an issue in my apartment I sent an email and before I even hit send it seems Stephanie was already calling me to fix the issue she was at the front door within 5 minutes to fix the issue and I can't say enough about her she is a very good asset for this community and I hope she's around for a long time. So a much as I praised them now they screw me over.... Still waiting on a security deposit that has been owed to me for 40 keep getting the runaround each time I call. Did anyone ever heard of a third party company that returns deposits? You would think it comes from the people you pay it to but it all falls on deaf ears with them.. They actually had the nerve to ask me to change a previous review from bad to good. So monday I was told that they are sympathetic and will rush it thru. Yea ok still waiting.. Hi Mike, I empathize with your situation and do not disagree that the check should have been sent by now however I assure you that this has been our top priority at the site level to ensure your check gets to you as soon as possible. We appreciate what great residents you and Nancy were while you were here and want to make sure that you guys understand we are working on this for you! I have reached out to our accounting department again to escalate this, once I get a response from them, I will reach back out to you with an update.
