        Terrible terrible service. I had several different agents. Even in the midst of a claim, I had to call/email 10+ times to get any sort of response. Absolutely do not recommend. Edit because I cannot reply: I have call logs of 4 calls in the last 2 weeks to my agent, as well as 2 emails. No response. And their voicemail is not set up to receive messages. Luckily I moved stayed and am no longer dealing with this company. I am not sure why there is no record of my attempts to reach out. Happy to send proof.

      Hi Kristi. I'm very sorry you had a bad experience. I don't have any notes where you called the agency for any help. Is this review against us the agency (Worth Mason Insurance Agency) or the company (Progressive)? I try to give each and every person excellent customer service and hate to see a 1 star review on customer service. Let me know if you need anything. We also have other companies I could quote you through if you're not happy with Progressive.
