        R U N!!!!!! I trusted this company and their roadside assistance! Just for them to have a tower come out and damage my vehicle and THEY WILL NOT FIX IT! I am now dealing with a lawsuit and theyre unresponsive and unprofessional. Also, I paid 3 times the amount monthly that I am now paying with progressive!!! Take your money where its appreciated and its not here!!!!

        My Representative Joy Jenkins was amazing the whole staff was actually they was so friendly the little time I was there we laugh and cut up it was just amazing when I lst went in I was so nervous about the prices and down payment but Joy assured me she was goin to do all she can and she did it I was so Happy with the outcome and if I could I would give them 10 stars Thanks Ladies

      Kiera, thank you for your comments. We have contacted our third party Roadside Assistance provider to investigate this situation. They reached earlier today and will call you again. We apologize for this situation and look forward to the vendor working with you to resolve this problem.
