Heather and her team stopped by to review my tub to walk-in shower project. As the project was needed to help support an elderly parent's needs, they took the time to understand my concerns and requirements, asked pertinent questions, and then reviewed my options with me. They seemed to be as excited about my choices as I was, and helped me understand why RI Home Improvement was a good choice to work with. They really took the time to make me comfortable about the process and I never felt rushed or that they wanted to move more quickly and get to the next job. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Had a roof done several years ago..contacted them to come see a leak stain on my ceiling. Had to contact Anthony several times. He didn't respond. Finally, I contacted someone else at the office & got a response. He felt the stain wasn't caused by a leak from the roof. Instead of communicating that message to us directly thru our first contacts, he just ignored the emails figuring we would just go away..not a way to respond to a customer either way.
