Refused to accept the coupon that came in the mail. Go 2 minutes further down the street where Bed Bath and Beyond was, they accepted the coupon with no problems.

Friendly, on time and let us keep an extra day due to bad weather. Easy set up and my boys were thrilled.

Updated review. Great gym. Great staff. Classes for beginners helped me, a more advanced climber, improve alot.
