Hands down the worst condo management company in North Providence. Janet is lazy and doesn't enforce the rules. We have broken sprinklers that gush water for 3 years, yet here we sit having to give extra this month. There is hardly ever visitor parking due to the same people taking them up. Our condo leaks in the attic due to a poorly done roof job, but all the emails and pictures go ignored. What a drag to pay to get your bathroom updated only to face another leak less than 5 months later. Work orders get ignored too.

Lazy and uninterested. They don't seem to be familiar with the property or how to look up a simple rule in the condo documents.

Very incompetent. There was a leak in a unit that they run. Notified in November and now in April when water literally runs out of the ceiling fan and wall and ceiling are ruined still not fixed. Like to pass the buck and blame the board but lots of excuses and no answers or fixes

The 2 owners of this company are incompetent. I wouldn't hire them to manage a kids birthday party never mind a condo association.
