    Terrible company. They manage the building I live in. My unit, on the 5th floor is private property. There happens to be a roof deck legally considered private property and all rights and access are owned by my landlord. After 3 months of another tenant complaining about a leak that actually had nothing to do with the deckon Patricias orders, Hennessy broke into my property via a maintenance hatch without any permission what so ever and proceeded to tear apart a prestige solid mahogany deck, tossed everything to the side and left it for now 3 weeks. There is only one legal access point and its in my unit. I stated to Patricia that anyone from Hennessy is no longer allowed on my property and if they attempt tothe police will be called. Thank you for your response. Whoever wrote it is a liar. The owner was notified after the damage had already been done and was never informed on any level whatsoever prior to the break in. The owner was notified by myself the moment I returned home unaware. Again, this leak was an issue months ago yet it wasnt addressed until Hennessy decided to act without notice. There are several emergency issues in the building neglected now for nearly a year. Tenants are told youre at the bottom of the list. My adjacent neighbors 75lb skylight literally blew off the casing and luckily only into the condenser lines and platform for the hvac systemnot someones head or a car in the parking lot. I know this because not only was their roof left with a 3x4 hole in it for over 2 months but I had to move the skylight myself to a safer place away from the lines and away from any chance of it becoming a 75lb frisbee and killing someone. Thats an actual emergency. Unfortunately I cant give less than one star. FYImy neighbor had to tarp the skylight himself. I guess it was not enough of an emergencyin the dead of winter. Reply again and we can talk about the flooding coming up through the first floor into units and on and on and on. Im sure anyone reading or reviewing this can establish which are the before and after.

Upon Board approval and as noted in meeting minutes, our maintenance team, along with the roofing company, took action to repair the leak after removing the deck.
