        Great tires gave me a 4 tire upgrade because my tires I ordered never came in for the 2nd time so instead of rescheduling again they upgraded my tire and performed the tire swap. Great staff

        Brought my new to me SUV in for the inspection. I was told it won't pass because of the license plate frame which I explained needs to stay on because the plate bracket beneath the frame was broken & its the only thing holding the plate on. I mentioned that I had just ordered a replacement bracket for it. They told me they "fixed" it, yeah they fixed it by taking off the frame & drilling right into my aluminum lift gate with self tapping screws (which means they knew they were going through the aluminum)! Also, my rims were in perfect condition & now I noticed the front right rim was damaged & it wasn't before bringing my vehicle here. Unfortunately, I didn't notice either issue for several days after my inspection was done so there is basically no recourse now but I'll never bring my vehicle here again.
