        The people that work there are nice. The mechanic explained things pretty well. Problem is I feel like I was tricked. On the phone they said they would scan and diagnose the car for free. Once there and the car was already in the air on the lift. They told me to do any further testing would be $150.00 Granted, I didn't have to let them run more test, but my car was already on the lift and I just wanted to know what was wrong. A bit deceitful.

        Very unhappy I got my muffler hanged and welded and came off the same day total waste of money karma will get them quickly I had more then 60$ to give you if I knew you was gone do a trash job wouldn't give u a dime u said 80 I offered u 60 u said ya and u did terrible job

        I rolled in at 4 PM on a Friday after my car began making an alarming sound when braking. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and professional, and even brought me back into the shop to have a look at my car with them as they explained the necessary repairs. I was in from out of town and needed to drive while my car would be in the shop over the weekend, and they loaned me a car for free! They made what could have been a stressful experience feel as smooth as it could, and my car is all fixed now and runs great. The three-year warranty on the repairs they made is also great for peace of mind. Im so happy I found this shop!

      Sorry to hear that you are unhappy Jay. You came in with no muffler and had informed the service advisor that it fell off and when you back tracked you said that you could not find it. That being said we did not hang a muffler. It was 30 minutes before we closed and you only had $60 so we made a hanger just to hold your rotted exhaust from hitting the ground. You were informed that this was a temorary repair. Did you expect a new muffer for $60? I am confused. I fel that we went above and beyond for you on very short notice.
