Service is friendly, fast and thorough, as I received it at the Post Road store in Warwick, RI. I had a coupon and didnt mind the discount but Id go back and pay retail next time. Kudos to the professionals at this Valvoline franchise. I wish I knew their names so I could thank them accordingly.

Very friendly employees that are not pushy on you getting extra services. They inform you and let you make a decision. The speed of service is fantastic and I have been a number of times and Im always in and out in less than a half hour. Great work!

This is my second time at the Valvoline on Post Rd in Warwick. Both times were totally different staff and both times I had an exceptional experience. I wanted to take the moment to leave a shout out for a gentleman named Alan who is the Assistant Manager at this location. He personally went above and beyond to help me out with correcting a dropped and difficult to retrieve rear bulb and made sure to explain why I was having such trouble with it and then reassemble the mess of parts id had back in the hatch of my vehicle from trying to do this myself. I cant speak for all quick change places but I have been to plenty since I've spent years in the car community as well as car business professionally. This Valvoline is by far the best- hands down. Alan absolutely should be put in the forefront and given his own location to run and oversee. It would be a disservice to Valvoline and its customers to not make his level of effort, customer service, professionalism, and knowledge the model and standard there. The whole team tonight was top tier. Thanks guys! Appreciate you very much!
