South County Health Lab - Warwick

I recently visited South County Health in Warwick and had an encounter that left me feeling concerned about the level of personalized care. The provider seemed to be overworked, which may have contributed to a less personable interaction than I expected. During my assessment, I noticed a heavy reliance on computer screens for information, which detracted from the personal engagement typically valued in patient-provider interactions. While I understand the demands on healthcare professionals, a more balanced approach to patient care would significantly improve the experience.

What a scam!! I was there 5 minutes and got charged $238 for my visit despite having blue cross blue shield health insurance!! I wish I could charge whatever I wanted for my services after the fact and force people to pay me unreasonable amounts of money! Makes me wish I didn't go to the doctor and just suffered through my illness!!

Im not sure what happened to my review I previously submitted but my experience at the walk in was very disappointing. I waited over 5 hours on a Sunday morning to be seen when I had the flu. The practicing staff are friendly and personable, its just getting to them is the biggest issue.

The wait time is horrible. Id expect this at the hospital not an express walk-in. Triage at Kent is faster than the intake here.
