        Don't trust the online hours. Don't trust the hours listed on their own website. Don't trust the hours on the phone recording when you call. We did and found the office closed with a paper sign taped to the door. This was the 5th Lifespan lab we tried. The sixth was even worse but every way to attempt to actually get to an open lab is thwarted by their own misinformation at every turn. Seriously, your staff shortage is due to your low pay, unpleasant conditions, and setting the employees up for situations where they're bearing the brunt of your bad management practices. I'm ready to drop all my providers who work with lifespan. Get it together.
