I'd give this place a zero if I could. I had 5 pieces tailored and they lost a designer suit blazer. Said they weren't responsible because they had a sign to check your order! Really? My husband picked up my order. They never offered restitution! Could this have happened to someone else in the past? Very unprofessional.
Poor customer service. Now I only have the pants to the suit.

Ive been going to this shop for a couple of years for my tailoring needs, mainly dresses for formal events and weddings. My friend had recommended I go here, as her, her mom, dad, and sister always go to this shop. Most recently I went in and needed a dress let out a good 4-5 inches, hemmed, and the straps taken up. I only had about two weeks notice for these changes unfortunately but the semestres was able to make the adjustments accordingly and I couldnt be happier with the dress! Very kind service all around, would recommend to anyone with a tailoring need, just give them enough time to work, and have a clear conversation about what youre looking for. There is a reason we are not all seamstresses, it is a talent that should be respected and treated with gratitude.

Messed up the zipper first try, but pulled it out and fixed it. Much better! Very affordable .Thank you.

The drop off was wonderful, the woman with the accent was amazing. My pick up was AWFUL, I will not go back because of her. She was rude, I asked as I was picking up my sons pants if my 4 yr old could use their bathroom, she rolled her eyes and said no bathroom. Then when I picked up I asked for my receipt back she said "uuhhh, yeah I guess ".... are you serious? How rude. Pants were wrinkled and had alot of lint on them. I'm surprised with this visit. Terrible customer service. Wednesday 330pm I picked up
