We cannot thank everyone at Carjon for making our HVAC replacement a painless process. From scheduling a visit from Kris to analyze what we had and what our options were, to having Scott come to do a detailed plan for installation, to the install date, we were kept informed and had our hundreds of questions & concerns answered and addressed.
Early on install day, a call told us the team were on their way, then Albert, Ian and Chris showed up minutes later. Immediately, they set to work, two working inside, one outside in the cold rain. They covered their work area with tarps, disassembled the old equipment and earlier than expected, had the job done. Kris even stopped by to make sure we were satisfied - we were!
Each Carjon employee was top notch, friendly, patient, polite and ever so neat - Wendy was thrilled that afterwards, despite the rain, you would not have known how much work had been done.
