Ray and his staff were both professional and courteous during our mini split installation. Unfortunately we had an ongoing performance issue with the system initially that took some time to diagnose. Once the problem was successfully diagnosed, Ray stood behind his work and corrected the problem at no additional expense to us.

When I first contacted this company about repairing my home central air system, they said they would probably get to the job the following week. I called several times after that, and they claimed the wait was getting shorter. Two months passed, and I hired another company to do the job.

My boiler broke down and water was going everywhere. I must have called at least 20 places and Ray was the only one that called me back. He immediately recognized the urgency and made it over within an hour. He and his employees had me back up and running with a new boiler within the next 2 days.
