They live in 1990s it seems. No live customer care number where you can TALK. They're in the voicemail game beware! The lady who leaves voicemail and probably calls you back is SUPER rude with a LOT of attitude. Never got to meet the doctor because of they kept on cancelling my scheduled appointments back to back. Wish I got to see that doctor in time!

Dr. Goel was exemplary with her diagnosis and treatment, she was patient and willing to answer all of my questions.

Such a wonderful doctor. Listened to all of my concerns and helped me out. Very kind, intelligent, and insightful doctor. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an ENT.

I went half deaf at 23 and it took a week for me to get a hold of the office to order an MRI (on vacation with no notice). My MRI found a giant brain tumor and I got no call from Dr.Goel just her substitute. Had to get brain surgery and its been a month and still NO call from Dr. Goel to check on me. Horrible.
