Dr.Duff is in fact a Awesome surgeon
I did get the cochlear but unfortunately did not work out for me.
I will have to agree that one staff member @ the office is very rude and I agree w Brian.
Having a great staff is very important and its not fair to Dr. Duff on any level.
He does his job and does it well.
But you can be sure if I was reading the reviews,
There would be a staff meeting about the reviews and that would come to a halt.
I hope in the future these ladies that answer the phones remember
That character, understanding, and being polite goes a long way.
I do hope Dr. Duff looks into it.
Thanks for all that you do Dr.Duff!!
Receptionist do need training skills on how to speak to clients in a proper respectful manner.

Worst place I have ever dealt with the racism in this facility is the highest Ive ever seen in any other facility I have ever been to doctor duff did a mastoid surgery on me February 2, 2022 never received any kind of medication never received a call back after surgery for over a week major infection going on right now due to not being seen do not know how this business is still in operation... place should be shut down the staff should be arrested please stay away horrible horrible service going to see another doctor soon maybe getting my attorney involved in this matter horrible place stay away

Office staff is HORRIBLE. Not everyone, but if you get Kathy or Amber on the phone, forget about it. I have left several messages on the line that says leave a message, and a staff member will get back to you in 24 hours. No return calls. Finally I got through to Kathy. Kathy seems to think her job is to make things worse for patients. She tells me they dont take my insurance, they do. She says I cant make an appointment until pre-authorization comes through, I can, and its recommended. Okay. She says I cant make an appointment because of outstanding bill thats been paid. Okay. After arguing with this nut to try to make an appointment, shes run out of ways to stop me, so she says hold on a minute, and hangs up on me! If her job is to keep people from getting help, shes tops. This place is the worst.
