Dr To is simply excellent. He has treated me with eye trauma years ago and continues to care for my family.
His treatment is thorough. His manners and persona are exemplary. Dr. To is how a Doctor should be. He is the role model I judge the rest against.

Dr To saw my father 20 years ago and botched both of his cataract surgeries. He knew my father would be legally blind for the rest of his life, so when my father complained about the second surgery, Dr To kicked him out of his office and told him he was never allowed back. A Dr confirmed this all today. This botch job may have cost my father more of his vision than needed. Be aware that he will only do things his way and not listen to patients who are concerned about overall long term issues. We will be contacting a lawyer.

Dr. To failed to diagnose retina detachment. By the time I saw a competent Dr there was an irreversible loss of vision. Be careful with this Dr. Always ask for a second opinion.
