Dealt with this company for 3 years they are cons / slumlords don't Rent or buy from them. They previously changed their name from pre property solutions because they had to low of rating ant terrible reviews buyer beware. Nick Prefontaine is a scam

Prior to meeting Original Real Estate we were frustrated because we couldnt sell the house. It was scary because we didnt know what we were going to do. We were wondering if it was ever going to sell. We wondered what we were missing here? Zach approached us and he was so personable, made us feel comfortable. It was a scary thing at first because I had never heard of someone buying a property like that before. I was a little afraid to even tell my daughter that I had Zach come over. We did our homework and read reviews online so that made us feel comfortable. If there was ever a time that a buyer had a life event and couldnt move forward with purchasing the property, I never had to worry about the mortgage being paid. I shouldnt have worried about it, but I did. Sue was always an email or a phone call away to reassure me that everything was going to be alright. You followed through and kept all payments current during that time. That was when I knew that things were going to go smoothly and they did. Now that it is 100% done, I am going to treat myself and buy a new car. I currently drive a 2005 Toyota with 230,000 miles on it. I love my car but Im ready for a new one!
