They are reliable and straightforward - they deliver what they say they will, they manage your expectations exactly right (sometimes underpromising and over delivering), they know what they are doing, and they are a real pleasure to work with. Straight forward, honest, and very detailed oriented; Rob runs a great property management team. I've had properties in Newport and around the US for over three decades and have worked with a lot of property managers. Luckily, I switched to Compass Management and his team 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with their service. Sandy in accounting keeps flawless books along with Warren and Evan in maintenance and repairs round out the perfect team. I can't say enough about this team and how they singlehandedly made this my best real estate investment to date.

I originally hired Rob and his team for a full bathroom renovation but the more time he spent in the home the more I found additional projects for him! He graciously took them all on and completed them in a timely manner. He was extremely communicative through out the process and sent me pictures when I was traveling and away from the home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
