When you get a chance, please give me a call . Thank you . Update! No call back.Im very disappointed. I leased 3 cars from Langway , my mother did as well at that same time. I also sent quite a few customers their way. I consider myself a good customer! I lost so much respect and trust In Langway. I cannot express how amazing Russ, his team, and this dealership are. Everyone was kind, respectful, and helpful! There was no pushing things I didnt want, no hidden charges, no bill. This was the easiest (and honestly most enjoyable) process to buying a car I have ever had! Russ and his team crush it! I would recommend them over and over again to anyone who listens! Miscommunications and service is subpar. Also, whoever answers phones and relays messages to the service advisors truly needs a different job, she is not competent

Imagine being sold a used car off a leasing line with no treads on the tires! My car hydroplaned at 15 mph on a wet road and smashed into a metal barrier. I had two experts look at the tires and were shocked that this car had been sold to me in that condition. The manager Russ Bauer is abominable. He posted on the internet that I had falsely blamed them, that I had harassed employees and even threatened that if I dared to show up there he would have the police on the premises. All of these are downright lies. After it took weeks for an expert body shop owner to rebuild my car, I showed up anyway and told him to his face what a despicable, sleazy business this place is. Do not be deceived by the slick interior and unctuous sales people. Their goal is to sell cars which are not safe to drive and pull in profits. If you are looking for a used car it is best to go elsewhere or have a reliable mechanic check it out first. In fact, the body shop owner who has been in business for 60 years told me he had another client who brought in three used cars from Langway and once he examined them discovered all three had been in major accidents and told this client not to purchase them. If only I had done that first. Instead I ended up in the hospital with over $25,000 of medical bills, a 300% increase in my car insurance rates and a badly damaged car.
