    I bought a truck from them and ended up needing a transmission and they just played it off like nothing wrong with it. Wouldn't fix it or take it back. And they lied on paperwork so only had 1100 miles on the warrantee. Service manager lied right to my face. Cost me $5800 2000 miles into owning it! Don't trust them!

    Worst customer service Ive ever had they do nothing but lie to you about almost everything I will NEVER buy another car from that dealership had a lease with them for over a year they did nothing but call and harass me to trade my car in about 5 times everytime I went there said they couldnt do anything without money down I got money down and they still said there was nothing they could do went somewhere else got a car and traded in my leased vehicle without any penalty to me .

    I Won't be recommending this place anymore. I am a Massachusetts resident. The oil change light came up on the new car I bought. I went to the website and it said you didn't have to make an appointment for an oil change. I drove an hour for them to tell me they couldn't do it unless I dropped the car off because they were fully booked. Where am I Supposed to go? The Uber back home and there would cost more than a normal oil change. They told me to go to another Toyota dealership. I called and they were also full. I ended up wasting two hours driving there, gas and money because I ended up pay for an oil change because today was the only day I could for the next week. I bring the car to get a oil change and pay for it they pull out two filthy filters and they also tell me there is a nail in my tire. And I wanted to get the audio serviced in my car there and they never called me back. I'll just go somewhere else and waste more money.
