Been leasing a car there for a year now and whenever I need to bring it in even for a oil change I dread going they tell you to bring the car in at 8am and either dont call you when its done or keep it all day up til they close( even for a oil change!!) which makes it impossible to pick up the car. Theyve had my car recently for two weeks now first telling me they were fixing it one day then I call back days later and still tell theyre fixing it they absolutely dont know what theyre doing and people cringe when I tell them I got my car from Shannon motors.

Came to drop off a car. Door at service center says they close at six. Get here tens mins of 5 and the door was locked. When someone finally came to the door, he was super rude
