        I have seen my share of subsidized housing. This is a well run and clean facility for senior citizens especially. The area is not bad either, i'd term it as a safe area, especially so in the daytime, very safe! And there are many eateries, a library nearby, a Cumby's.. very conveniently located. Most apartments here are very LARGE & spacious 1 bedrooms and this is a HUGE plus over many other similar subsidized housing facilities that may be more modern but cubby sized. This is a nice place to get into, if you can get on the wait list and keep up with it to get your name to the top. Waiting list times have varied over the years. The management company is legit & manages MANY other similar subsidized housing properties in the area and i'd reccomend this management company over many others! (Not affiliated in ANY way with this management company).
