The people writing work for the court, police or fire and other politically connected person who store or leave their cars, truck, boats here in violation of the condo agreement and help secure Mr Yip's power and intimidation over the condo owners rights. I bought a condo here and there has never been a meeting or formation of a condo association and the Declarant (Mr Yip)states that they own the entire property and the condo owners only have control of the interior of their units, which is not the concept of a condo. They have engaged in intimidation and threats to essentially to run owners and off their property and violated condo laws 34-36.1-2.07 and systematically destroying the property and landscaping which was done by a design team. I have contacted the police several time about threats, harassment, at least 2 assaults, cars vandalized and theft of property and trespassing by staff, and a new motorcycle stolen from America's storage facility and each time no video was requested by the police...just nothing. I've had about $30,000 in insurance claims the motorcycle was in the basement of America's storage facility and detective Ospina stated there are no video cameras which there are, even in the elevator. There was also a drug dealer, Napolean Andrade who lived here for nine months, the Central Falls police did nothing. I went to the State police who attempted to make an arrest but there efforts were thwarted by the ATF undercover agents who had supplied a "brick" of cocaine and an unregistered firearm to Andrade. He continued lived there for 6 more months before state police arrested him. The staff here are extremely violent and abusive I posted above a small sample including Pierre Chan, and the maintenance man who are good friends with police and fire all will violating the law. The so called maintenance man has stalked residents for smoking cannabis along the river's walkway although he smokes cigarettes leaving his butts on the ground, and he has grown increasingly hostile to me as I have been taking photos and video of him vandalizing the property. Multiple cars have been broken into and damaged and the are tagged with towing notices for renters and condo owners . The fire doors have been propped open creating drafts and if there is a fire the smoke will spread quickly do to spaces in walls and ceiling do to improper workmanship. If you are not politically connected or a supporter of the IRA/FALN terrorist group then don't live here. Mayor Rivera's family have links to the FALN and the IRA celebrates September 11 as their "victory day" . There is extreme corruption within the city and the Declarant or owner who have contributed to there election, are Chinese immigrants and care nothing about laws have bribed their way around any laws, building standards or regulations. The positive review are likely from politically connected people. Don't ever buy a condo or anything in Rhode Island and don't live in Pawtucket or Central Falls. If you are Italian, Lebanese, African or pretty much any middle eastern or mediterranean ethnicity then DO NOT live here the staff and maintenance person are extremely bigoted, homophobic and violent.

Me and my wife lived 2 years in a gorgeous duplex. Staff was super friendly, and management was always there when we needed them. Gym, theater room, and game room on the premises. Location was awesome, right next to I-95. 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, and 35 minutes away from Boston. Don't listen to complaints about floor noise / insulation; it's a 200 year old factory building converted into a beautiful residential unit. What did you expect?
