Love this brokerage!! As an agent, this brokerage offers me more technology, business building tools, support and even TONS of passive income. The best part is I actually get to keep MY commission. I don't have to worry about going to an office manager, and trying to "re-negotiate" my commission split. I shouldn't have to defend my worth to my broker... and this brokerage sees my value, and puts my commission in MY pockets.

Adalie was incredible to work with. We bought a house with unusual circumstances and she did all the foot work. She was able to get us a new roof at no cost to us and we left the closing table with a check in our hand! Outstanding dedication from her and her team! AVOID !!! RUN AWAY !!! I was brought up if you have nothing nice to say ...you know the rest. We could of had any one of the houses we saw, however, their lack of real estate knowledge led us to believe there was no way we could purchase the property ...8 TIMES !!! ALL LIES !!! LACK OF KNOWLEDGE !!! -100 stars is not low enough !!! Despite the owners comments below, when your agent is UNPREPARED 8 HOUSES IN A ROW and you know more about the property than she does ...RUN !!! Go to another agency !!! I'm telling you people, stay away from this firm !!!
