Just ordered the 19.99 meal deal. The pizzas were over cooked and dry. And I didn't get the cinnamon bites. Very disappointed.

This Domino's right here is a superstar. It is super bowl day. They are packed slammed with orders. I placed an order on the application on my phone 6 hours ago. The application failed. Went ahead and placed my order in for tomorrow. Could have been a catastrophe promising a party pizza and not being able to deliver but they worked with us and were able to get us our food in a quick and reasonable amount of time and I will never forget that. Thank you very much for going above and beyond. When technology fails us, humanity will always be there to help each other out.

Adding to an old review and reducing this from 3 stars to 1 star. Wish I could leave zero. We now live at a different address but order from the same dominoes. 4 years in total from the same place. No exaggeration, I bet we have ordered from here more than 100 times - NEVER has our pizza been cut even close to all the way. It might sound stupid, but its annoying. We have never complained about it. The past 2 orders had mistakes. We ordered one things and got another. We order several things at a time. Everyone in the house picks a pizza or a sub. So we intend to sit down and eat together. We share a little of each others food and have a good family time. Both times I called in to ask for my pizza to get replaced, the manager tells me Ill send another one out but I will need that mistake pizza back. She doesnt say, Im so sorry. Just seems to imply that we are lying or something. I dont care about the pizza, its the principle. Do you know what customer service is? Like, what are you going to do with the pizza? I know they dont care, but Im done. I gave COUNtLESS chances for improvement. Ill never spend my money there again. Oh yeah, and the pan pizzas are NEVER fully cooked. Ever. Old review: I have literally ordered from this location almost weekly for the 3 years we have lived here. Im leaving 3 stars because not once has our pizza EVER been cut! Like seriously EVER. I dont know why they cannot cut through the pizza, but its ridiculous! Not that this is enough to anger anyone, but it is almost annoyingly funny - an ongoing joke in our house. Do yall need a new cutter or what?
