        The app and website keeps crashing. I tried calling in my order to redeem my free large one topping pizza and the woman over the phone refused to do it claiming I had to redeem on the app. I explained to her that it keeps crashing on me (the app and website crash everytime too). I know for a fact that I can redeem my points over the phone she was being difficult. I know pizza hut won't do anything about it, so I will order from Domino's for now on because they will redeem your points over the phone. You owe me a free large one topping pizza.
